NEW* Trivia Tuesdays

Test your knowledge on a variety of topics against other seniors to win fabulous prizes! Participants get to vote on the themed trivia day that will happen every 4^th Tuesday. Prizes go out to seniors who scored the most points from 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place. There will be no ties, tie breaker questions will be asked to settle ties.

Table Games

Come together to play assorted games or just to socialize. Snacks provided every Monday.

The benefits of B-I-N-G-O. Yes, the benefits of B-I-N-G-O…promotes eye coordination, helps with cognitive skills, boosts brain health and memory skills, gives energy, introduces you to new friends all while having FUN! Join us on Tuesdays at 8:30am in Classroom D. Bring a friend and enjoy some great prizes will be given!

Senior Health Check

Free service provided by the Rowlett Fire Department. You will be able to get your blood pressure and blood sugar checked.

Chair Volleyball

Chair volleyball is a physical activity that provides a fun way to be active, it more fun than you can possibly stand! Because players are required to remain seated, chair volleyball allows those with physical limitations to participate on a level playing field with those who may be more active. Regular participation in this activity can increase flexibility and stamina. Meets in Aerobics Room.

Texas Hold ‘Em

Watch your cards, make a good bet, and win everyone else’s chips in Texas Hold ‘Em. Come play and learn the game of Texas Hold ‘Em. Be sure to wear your poker face.

Join Ms. Chelle as she guides you through your way to writing. Unlock the creative genius that you always knew you had. This creative writing class meets once a month and you may have some homework to do.  Meets in classroom A.
