City Council has ordered special elections for Home Rule Charter Amendments and Facility Bond Propositions (notices posted below). Voter education information will be provided on the City's website, RTN16, social media and mailed postcards.
Residents may vote at any Vote Center within their county.
The City Secretary's Office will be open on Saturday, May 6, 2023, during voting hours to provide assistance: City Hall @ 4000 Main Street or 972-412-6109.
Early Voting Time and Locations
All Dallas County and Rockwall County residents will cast their votes in the county in which they reside.
Dallas County Early Voting Locations
During Early Voting and on Election Day, eligible voters may cast a ballot at any vote center location. A listing of all Dallas County Vote Center locations, will be updated once available.
- Monday, April 24 to Friday, April 28: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, April 29: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday, April 30: 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Monday, May 1 to Tuesday, May 2: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Rockwall County Early Voting Locations
During Early Voting and on Election Day, eligible voters may cast a ballot at any vote center location. A listing of all Rockwall County Vote Center locations, will be updated once available.
