AquaMotion for 2022
This program uses natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activity. No swimming is required, and flotation devices will be used frequently. AquaMotion will increase your energy, stamina and strength and it’s a healthy way to cool off in the summer.
