The Community Investment Program Task Force is an ad hoc committee comprised of nine members appointed by the City Council to coincide with each bond cycle.

Board Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities of the Community Investment Program Task Force include providing recommendations to City Council on capital project priorities and project selection; providing guidance on strategic recommendations to the City Council with regard to capital projects; and providing recommendations to City Council on guiding values for planning of capital projects. The committee provides recommendations to City Council on the setting of projects slated for upcoming bond elections and represents the City at public meetings and public outreach campaigns on the subject of capital projects.

Applications are available in the City Secretary’s Office in the City Hall Municipal Center at 4000 Main Street.
