Submittal Schedules
Starting in January 2023, the City of Rowlett Community Development Department will only accept applications for plats, plan submittals, and resubmittals by 12:00 PM on the days specified in the schedules below. All plans are subject to a 30-day review timeline.

Pre-Application Meeting
Before submitting to the Planning and Urban Design Division, please schedule a Pre-Application Meeting by submitting the Pre-Application Meeting Request Form to planning@rowlett.com. Due to the high number of requests, Pre-Application Meetings will not be scheduled until all items are provided. These include:
- Project Narrative
- Conceptual Site Plan
- List of Questions
Application Checklists
These checklists are to be used by the applicant to create the plan(s), plat(s), and/or exhibit(s) that are required with an application. The completed applicable checklist(s) are also required to be submitted with the application.
