2022 Event Series Successes
Last year we gathered input from our active older adult residents about increasing access to housing choice, discussed potential park improvements with young families, provided civic engagement options at the Rowlett animal shelter, and gathered folks of all ages at Veteran's Park. We reached a total of nearly 400 residents across four events and have used feedback gathered to inform policy recommendations for the Recode Rowlett Development Code Rewrite, Parks & Trails Master Planning, Facilities bond elections, and Special Events Ordinance updates.
