Family Photos
The City of Rowlett and local photographers have teamed up together to capture the unique personality and style of your family and make memories that last a lifetime. Each photo session is 30 minutes long and will be held outdoors to take advantage of the beautiful scenery outside the Rowlett Community Centre. Families are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time, any late arrivals will cut into their photo shoot time, don't forget to bring your best smile with you.

Skate Night
Calling all Rowlett Residents! It is time to lace up those skates and come on down to Herfurth Park for a night of music, skating under the stars and more. There will be two skate sessions 5-7:30P for families and 7:30-10P for skaters ages 16 yrs. & up.
Skate rentals will be provided for $5 a pair.
When: Saturday, September 24

Parents Night Out (this is a part of our 12 days of Christmas holiday fun!)
Calling all parents! Come drop off your kids and let them hang out with City of Rowlett’s Parks and Recreation staff at the Rowlett Community Center. This in the perfect opportunity to get your holiday shopping done without your little ones (or big ones) in tow. Games, crafts and more will be set up for hours of fun! Pizza, lemonade, and dessert will be provided. Children must be fully potty-trained. Ages: 3-12 yrs
