Peer support team members are available to listen and offer support. We also have alternative options, if needed. Isolation is not a good idea and may make symptoms worse.
Be aware that for the next several days, you may find yourself more irritable and emotional.
This is normal. These are stress reactions that may occur days or weeks after the event.
Symptoms of a trauma reaction should begin to subside over time.
