As of September 18, the City Council has expanded their meeting schedule to two nights to allow the time necessary to fully discuss items presented on Work Session agendas.
- Work Sessions are held at 6:00 PM on the Monday preceding the first and third Tuesday regular City Council Meeting (unless it falls on a holiday, in which case there will be no Work Session).
- The regular City Council meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the first and third Tuesday of each month.
- Both meetings take place at Rowlett City Hall.
