If not, and you currently are using the Citizen Self Service portal, the City is undergoing a financial/utility billing system upgrade, and the Citizen Self Service payment method will be discontinued on November 28. Once this happens, all customer utility online payments will need to be made solely through our Paymentus utility customer payment portal.
So don’t wait until November 28 – join the Paymentus “In Crowd” today and avoid the last-minute stress when your payment is due.
