Did you know that operations for the City of Rowlett are spread across 18 different facilities around town? Our city has experienced rapid growth over the years, and some of our buildings have reached their maximum capacity. Specifically our Public Safety, Animal Shelter, City Hall and Parks Department Maintenance buildings. To better serve you, our citizens, we are looking to make our facilities more efficient and easier to access. We need your help and input in building the future of Rowlett!

To meet the demands of our growing community, the need for new facilities is real. That's where YOU come in. We would like to know how you would prioritize the building of those facilities. Click on this link to take our quick survey: https://bit.ly/3NP3uSq

Animal Services Receives a $500 Donation

This week, the Rowlett Animal Services team received a $500 donation from a happy fur mom who drove all the way from Laredo Texas to adopt Swede ( who is now named Prince Parker). After making the 7-hour trip, she was greeted by our staff who went above and beyond to help her. In her donation letter, she noted how kind and devoted the Animal Services team and volunteers were. Huge shout to this wonderful team!
