Complaints may be filed by contacting the Rowlett Police Department Internal Affairs Section, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, in person at 4401 Rowlett Road, or by phone at 972- 412-6220. Outside of the hours listed above, you may contact the on-duty Watch Commander by phone at 972-412-6200 and select Option #1. Any officer will be able to inform you of the necessary steps and get you in contact with the appropriate individual who will assist you in the process. Alternatively, you may use this online form.
