Is fingerprinting available to the general public?

Fingerprinting is available to the general public on the following dates and times: Tuesday and Thursday, 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m.

  • There is a flat fee of $5.00 (4 card maximum).  Printing additional cards will cost $5.00 per set (2 cards).
  • Payment Methods are:
  • Cash (Exactly $5.00 if you supply your own fingerprint cards) or $5.00 each (if we have to provide the cards to you). Amount paid must be exact. No change can be made.
  • Visa or Mastercard
  • Personal Checks are also acceptable. Checks should be made payable to the City of Rowlett (include your TX DL number and D.O.B. on check)
