For children of all ages who can actively engage. This interactive storytime with books, music, and movement is a high engagement storytime that instills the love of literacy and the Library at an early age. Caregivers also learn valuable information on how to continue building literacy at home. While all ages are welcome, we will focus on pre-literacy skills. Thursday is a repeat of Wednesday’s program.
Rovers (Thursdays) Participants explore the wide world through reading, STEM, and innovation. This program is for school age students 6-9.
Gym B
Low impact aerobic exercise, that include dance moves, toning, and stretching. The program is done to the latest in music favorites and will get that heart pumping and participants will enjoy fun while getting in shape.
Aerobic Room
Chair volleyball is a physical activity that provides a fun way to be active, it more fun than you can possibly stand! Because players are required to remain seated, chair volleyball allows those with physical limitations to participate on a level playing field with those who may be more active. Regular participation in this activity can increase flexibility and stamina.
