Youth of all ages can participate in our 40 days of Winter Reading program. Participants must read 20 minutes a day to earn a book tag. For each day you read you must color in the square for the day. Stop in to pick up your winter reading check sheet.
This workshop will give you step-by-step instruction on how to create an 18?-24” paper wreath made from the pages of a book and other types of paper. All materials will be supplied, and you will be able to take your wreath home and hang it right away – or gift it to a friend. No previous experience or crafting skills are necessary for this workshop. It is designed for both beginners and skilled crafters. This program is for Ages 14 and up. No childcare will be provided.
Low impact aerobic exercise, that include dance moves, toning, and stretching. The program is done to the latest in music favorites and will get that heart pumping and participants will enjoy fun while getting in shape.
Chair volleyball is a physical activity that provides a fun way to be active, it more fun than you can possibly stand! Because players are required to remain seated, chair volleyball allows those with physical limitations to participate on a level playing field with those who may be more active. Regular participation in this activity can increase flexibility and stamina.
