Pamela Bell Pamela Bell was elected in May 2017. She is a native Texan, born and raised in Dallas, and has been a resident of Rowlett for over 21 years. She retired from GTE/Verizon and has been a realtor with Coldwell Banker Apex, REALTOR© LLC since 1996. Pamela has two children, Kevin and Kimberly, a son-in-law, Courtney, and three grandchildren, McKenna, Brielle and Lennox. She also has one fur baby, Maci and two grand fur babies. She enjoys making quilts and going to her grandchildrens' games.

Pamela is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, majoring in Management and Employee Relations. She is also a 2010 graduate of Leadership Rowlett and a 2019 graduate of Leadership North Texas. In addition, she is an active volunteer within the community, a Tri-City Academy graduate, member of Volunteers in Police Services (VIPS)  and the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). Pamela is the Council liaison to the Senior Advisory Board, Library Advisory Board and the Rowlett Housing Finance Corporation. She is on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army Advisory Council, and the Rowlett Professional Women's Club. She's a former a member of the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, an Ambassador for the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce and was the Chairperson for the Rowlett Senior Advisory Board.

Pamela's primary interest is to improve communications with the citizens of Rowlett and the City.
