Call the Citizen Action Center at 972-412-6100 or, after hours, Police Dispatch at 972-412-6200 and a crew will be dispatch. If the back-up occurs in the City line, the crew will clear the line. If there is a blockage in the customer line, we will notify you.

Call 1-800-DIG-TESS (344-8377), Mark Leal with the City of Rowlett at 972-463-3947, for after hours emergency line located call 972-412-6201, (The City does not locate lines that are on private property.) and Garland Independent School District at 972-494-8201.
