1. When will my bulk trash or brush be picked up?

Anything NOT trash and large should be put to the front between the curb and the sidewalk – do not block water meter, do not block hydrant, and ensure it is not in the street or over the sidewalk. FCC will make a note of it when they come through on your trash day. If they are able to collect it on your trash day, they will. If not, they will collect it shortly thereafter. 

2. What are the rates for residential trash pick-up?

The monthly trash collection fee paid by Rowlett residential customers is $19.68, which includes one trash and one recycling poly cart. Each additional poly cart is $9.84.

3. Who do I call if my trash was not picked up?

If your trash or recycling poly cart was not picked up, call the Action Center at 972-412-6100 or email ActionCenter@rowlett.com.
